"I highly recommend Highmark. They were so easy to work with. Tony came out and did a thorough inspection. He walked around our entire property and discovered things that other contractors didn't. He helped us get started on a claim with our insurance as it was our first time dealing with stuff like this. They never once pressured us into working with them. They allowed us to reach out to them when we were ready. They fought tooth and nail with our insurance from start to finish. Dan came out to be with the adjuster and became our point of contact. On the day of the installation, his team showed up 10 minutes early and got started within those 10 minutes. Dan came as they were installing to check on the process and kept in contact as the day went on. They laid out tarps to protect the landscape and after cleaned up everything. They did the entire work from tear down to installation in one day. Once the work was completed, Dan came back out and inspected to make sure everything was completed and picked up whatever was left.
